Our bees have been busy collecting nectar from the beautiful flowers around the countryside and transforming it into the liquid gold we all know and love – honey! It's a remarkable process that requires dedication, hard work, and a little bit of magic.

The Harvesting Process

Harvesting honey is an art that requires precision and care. We carefully extract the honey from the honeycomb, making sure to preserve the delicate flavors and aromas. It's a labor-intensive process, we like to do things the old timey way with vintage extraction equipment used in the family over the years. The end result is well worth it.
