Bee & Bloom Garden (seasonal)

When in season, this little patch of paradise is yours to explore. Stroll through the blooms, snip yourself a bouquet, and take home a little piece of our pollinator haven. This garden isn’t just about pretty flowers—it’s a buffet for bees, butterflies, and other hardworking pollinators who make the whole farm possible.

Our U-Pick Season typically runs from Mid-July to through September.

How It Works

  1. Grab a pair of clippers, a cup, wander through the garden and pick your favorites. No rush—enjoy the moment.

  2. Need to keep your flowers fresh? Use the old-timey handy-dandy water hydrant—it’s been around longer than some of our farm equipment, and it still gets the job done.

  3. When your bouquet is just right, head to the honor system farm stand to pay. (we except cash and Venmo.

Grab a cup and clippers…..start picking away…and have fun friends! You can pay at the Farm Stand before you leave.

The Pollinators at Work

While you’re here, take a moment to notice the soft hum of bees, butterflies, and other pollinators moving between flowers. They’re doing the important work of collecting nectar, spreading pollen, and keeping the ecosystem buzzing. Every bloom you see depends on them, and by taking home fresh flowers, you’re also supporting the plants that keep these vital workers fed.

Say “hi” and “thank” a bee today.

Bee Fact: Flowers Talk to Bees

It turns out, flowers have a secret language, and bees are fluent. Many blooms change color or release a stronger scent when they’re rich in nectar, signaling to pollinators that it’s mealtime. Some even have built-in UV patterns that act like landing strips, guiding bees straight to the good stuff.

So take your time, enjoy the colors, breathe in the scents, and know that while you’re admiring the flowers, the bees are reading them like a neon sign at their favorite restaurant.
