World's Best Apple Pie Moonshine

We look forward to our annual Apple Cider Pressing Party every year!

We invite all of our friends out to the farm…pick apples, picnic, play orchard games and you guessed it PRESS CIDER!

This year we filled our vintage picnic baskets up with goodies including apple butter, bourbon barrel aged honey and of course a wide variety of meats and cheeses.

We love to play old fashioned games like the 3-legged race and tug-o-war! Hey! You’re never too old for these things!

We let everyone wander through the orchard here on the property…picking every apple in sight!

And then it is time to start pressing apples!

Sooo what do we do with all this cider?!

We make APPLE PIE MOONSHINE, OF COURSE! It’s super easy…no liquor still needed here.

This recipe makes just enough to pass around to friends and family around the holidays.

1 Liter Everclear

TA-DA! It’s really that simple!

FUN FACT: Our cider press was handed down to us from Brian’s grandmother, Marcy on our wedding day.

She also LOVED having people over to press cider too!
