Wood Smoked Honey Bloody Mary

IMG_7786.jpg

One of the favorites here at Fat head Farms is the Wood Smoke Honey Bloody Mary. We love incorporating fresh tomatoes grown in our garden, and simple syrup made with our special wood-smoked honey. We also love supporting other local Nebraska businesses, so for this recipe we topped it off with pickled asparagus from Ely’s Farm. Check out below for more information!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 heirloom tomatoes, quartered

  • 2 jalapeño slices

  • 1 oz simple syrup made with wood-smoked honey

  • 1 1/2 oz lemon juice
